"Born and raised in France, I've lived in five different cities—Paris, Lisbon, London, Singapore, and Ho Chi Minh City where I reside. Currently, I divide my time between Vietnam, Singapore, and France, serving clients both locally (in person) and internationally (online).
"For 30 years, I traveled the world, helping global corporations expand internationally in roles including financial advisor, chief strategy officer, equity investor, and board member. I cherished every aspect of my career—even the challenges that taught me some memorable lessons.
"Just before turning 50, I felt compelled to address questions that had been left unattended for too long. I experienced deep coaching—a regenerative journey that transformed my inner landscape and reshaped my approach to life, relationships, and work.
The transformational moment arrived
… when I radically accepted to face whatever answers emerged.
I began taking responsibility for my life and the choices that had led me to where I was.
With acceptance came a liberating sense of empowerment: if no one was to blame for whatever was missing, then I was fully in charge of what would come next and free to choose.
From there, I decided to end my corporate career and dedicate myself entirely to professional coaching. I moved to Asia, completed a year-long Integral Coaching® certification program that originated in the US, and became accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In 2018, I launched my full-time coaching and advisory practice, INCORP-Human Inside Pte. Ltd., in Singapore.
